Introduction

Welcome to the Vaisakhi 5K website and event services. By registering for and participating in the Vaisakhi 5K event (the "Event"), you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before proceeding with registration.

Registration and Participation

• You assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, and the effects of weather, and you release and hold harmless Vaisakhi 5K, Inc., its affiliates, employees, volunteers, and sponsors from any liability arising from participation in the Event.
• You are responsible for your health and safety during the Event and agree to follow all event rules and instructions given by event organizers and volunteers.
• You agree that in the event of an emergency, medical treatment may be provided as necessary, and you consent to medical care and transportation at your own expense.
• You understand that the Organizer does not assume responsibility for any personal belongings or property brought to the Event.
• You agree to allow the Organizer to use your name, image, and likeness in promotional materials, media coverage, and any other purposes related to the Event, without compensation.
